I have struggled badly with Tics/Tourette’s, both pyhsical and vocal since being involved in a car accident in 2004. Throughout the years of trying different medications, counselling and everything I possibly could, nothing seemed to work, I didn’t think I would ever find anything that would help me.. that’s until I met Mary. Mary has changed my life in more ways I could ever thank her for. I started my 6 sessions an anxious ‘mess’ and ended them a completely different person. Mary has helped me learn coping mechanisms that will stick with me forever. I’m now 25 and for 18 years nothing even came close to relaxing me let a known curing me but even after the first hour with Mary, I felt such a difference.
