It is the clients responsibility to contact the therapist for continuation of appointments if there has been a break in the treatment programme
Refund requests are not accepted if 3 months has passed since last appointment.
Once the initial consultation and first session has taken place refund requests must be made in writing by email to maryburgesshypnotherapy@gmail.com
If your refund request is accepted then a charge of £150 for the initial consultation and generic MP3 recording will be deducted from the original amount paid.
Abusive clients may have their sessions terminated and will not be refunded.
These refund terms are final and decisions must be respected.
If a client fails to notify us that they cannot attend their appointment without the 24 hours notice period then that session may be deducted from the programme.
Sometimes it may be necessary for the therapist to change the appointment for reasons out of their control especially when appointments have been booked in advance.
All sessions must be completed within a three month period from sign up apart from Weight Loss Clients whom have six months.
Once a client has commenced treatment then refund requests will NOT be accepted, However, a client may pause their treatment program for a period of three months. By requesting this and coming to an agreement with the therapist.
Failure to contact the therapist to re start their programme means the programme will be terminated and no refund for outstanding sessions offered.
